As we all know that shale shakers scalping are the first phase for separating solids in the mud recycle systems. Now, (OGEM solids control) shale shakers usually used in the oil & gas drilling project, HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling), water well drilling and dredge slurry system and so on.

 1. Normally, (RuiLin solids control) double deck shale shaker or 2-panel shale shaker are mainly used for the water well drilling, HDD and TBM drilling. At first, dual shaker and 2-panel shaker have the small footprint matching and compact design with small treating capacity and dual function requirement.

 2.  (RuiLin solids control)  3-panel shale shakers are largely used for dredge slurry applications and the oil & gas drilling. The large treating capacity and fast replacement screens are main advantages.

2.The shaker screens can be flat plate, soft hook and hydraulic pressure.
3.Painting: three payer, the total thickness can reach 200 um.

The ordinary working process of screw conveyor The Screw Conveyor is designed to transport drilling waste from one site to another safely and efficiently. This is achieved by the useing of a scroll and impeller, which is rotated inside a trough by an electric motor. Drilling waste is fed into the screw conveyor and transported along by the rotating scroll. The waste is then offloaded by means of a chute when it reaches the end of the screw conveyor.
